Angel Chernaev
Angel Chernaev is a historical fencing instructor. He has more than a dozen years of swordsmanship experience and has been teaching for 4 years. Leads training sessions with one handed sword, longsword, sword and buckler based on the historical fencing tradition from the XIV-th till the XVI-th century. Additionally to the main disciplines, also studies unarmed combatives and the usage of short and long sticks and staffs. Also fences with rapier, pole weapons and large shields.
Angel’s psychological education facilitates his teaching methodology and ways of providing feedback during historical swordsmanship’s training sessions. It also gives him the ability to prepare individual training and team building events.
His previous professional experience and continual interest int the sphere of criminal psychology gives him unique perspective in the possibility of using historical swordsmanship as a self defence skill.
