In order to join our event you have to fill in the information below. It will be used so I could organise the event as best as we can. Please make sure while registering that you have read the equipment requirements and ruleset and agree to participate under those.

You can join any and all tournaments as well as the Queen of the hill tournament game.

I understand that I have to pay the full amount for my participation when requested to do so or my spot will be given to someone else. All payment is final and non-refundable.

I understand that I need to have a full set of historical fencing gear for the competitions according to the equipment requirements. Failure to gear up properly means a fencer will not be allowed in the tournament and will not be refunded. Let me know beforehand if you are missing something and I could help out. I understand that this is a combat sport with inherent risks and can lead to traumas and injuries as well as damage and destruction of personal equipment. The organising staff will not be responsible and cannot be held accountable for any damages or injuries sustained during the event. I hereby confirm that I am in proper physical and psychological condition to take part in a combat sport tournament. If any medical insurance is needed it will be entirely up to me, to make sure I have it. I have read and understood the rulesets and will abide by them. I understand that the organisers of the event will use the personal data I've provided for the purposes of this event. The data will also be provided to HEMAScorecard and HEMA Ratings. The data will not be sold, given away or used for any marketing purposes. I understand that the organisers of the event may film and take photos during the event. These may be provided to the fencers, uploaded to different online services and used for future marketing material. Participant will not be compensated and cannot request the removal of pictures or videos including them. I also understand that this is a public event which means anyone can film and take photos and the organisational staff has no control of the usage and distribution of such materials.
