Registration for Spring is coming 2025

In order to join my event you have to fill in the information below. It will be used so I could organise the event as best as I can. While full fencing gear is not necessary it is recommended to have as much of it as possible. As an example you can use the equipment requirements I have created for other events.

You can join any and all activities during the event or sit out any of them you choose. There will be an option for individual lessons by the instructors present but this will be paid and scheduled between yourself and the instructor.

Accommodation is in 2 and 3 people rooms. If no preference is selected you will be randomly placed (I will notify you beforehand). Single rooms may available in limited quantity with increased prices.

If you are unable or unwilling to consume certain foods. On request additional information will be provided of options regarding that.

I understand that I have to pay the full amount for my participation when requested to do so or my spot will be given to someone else. All payment is final and non-refundable.

I understand that it is recommended to have a full set of historical fencing gear. Failure to gear up properly means a fencer may not be allowed in certain games or be limited in their ability to play and will not be refunded. Let me know beforehand if you are missing something and I could help out. I understand that this is a combat sport with inherent risks and can lead to traumas and injuries as well as damage and destruction of personal equipment. The organising staff will not be responsible and cannot be held accountable for any damages or injuries sustained during the event. I hereby confirm that I am in proper physical and psychological condition to take part in a combat sport event. If any medical insurance is needed it will be entirely up to me, to make sure I have it. I have read and understood the rulesets and will abide by them. I understand that the organisers of the event will use the personal data I've provided for the purposes of this event. The data will not be sold, given away or used for any marketing purposes. I understand that the organisers of the event may film and take photos during the event. These may be provided to the fencers, uploaded to different online services and used for future marketing material. Participant will not be compensated and cannot request the removal of pictures or videos including them. I also understand that this is a public event which means anyone can film and take photos and the organisational staff has no control of the usage and distribution of such materials.

Payment method

To secure your place in the sparring camp an advance payment of 100 BGN or 50 Euro is required. The rest of the amount is due on site.
